Yes, we have scrubs made from sustainable materials. Our "EPIC by IRG" collection is crafted using recycled polyester fabric, while the "Grey's Anatomy Evolve Stretch" collection combines recycled polyester with CiCLO® technology.

To extend the life of your scrubs, wash them separately from other clothes using cold water to prevent stains from setting. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry to avoid shrinking and color fading, and iron or steam if needed to remove wrinkles.

Shipping in the Ottawa area takes 2-3 business days once your order is complete.

Yes. All embroidery is done in-house at our Ottawa location inside Carlingwood Shopping Centre.

Visit us in-store to place your order or drop off your item. You’ll fill out our embroidery form with the name, title, or logo you want added, and choose your thread colour, font, and placement. If you’re adding a logo, you can email us the file and we’ll digitize it if needed. Once everything is set, we’ll complete the embroidery and contact you when your item is ready for pickup.

Turnaround time depends on volume and design complexity. Most single-item name embroideries are completed within a few days, and we’ll confirm the timing when you place your order. If you need your item sooner, we’re flexible — same-day embroidery is sometimes possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Email your logo file to us at ohlala@ohlalascrubs.ca. We’ll digitize it and send you a sample for approval before we begin the full embroidery.
